Over the past few weeks, HYMC partnered with local marketing and advertising agency, Rebelution, Inc., to build the club's new website. The marketing and advertising agency gathered data from the founders of the HYMC while showing them multiple directions for the finished website.
The Problem
Honorable Young Men Club got its start just a little over a year ago (2017). Based in Cape Girardeau, Missouri’s middle school, the organization’s mission is to help at-risk boys learn what it takes to develop personal habits that make for great leaders. HYMC’s students experience everything from learning trips to job shadowing, while also developing their own personal brand with their mentors providing life coaching.
Now that the club has taken off beyond the expectations of its founders and mentors, it was time to find a strategic partner that could distill all of this information into a new home for its digital presence.
The Solution
HYMC was introduced to Rebelution in June 2018. The firm has been around for about five years and has won numerous awards, including 8 American Advertising Federation Awards.
After meeting with Rebelution’s Creative Director, an initial roadmap was sketched out for how all of the different elements necessary could be brought together, while also providing a reasonable timeline for implementation. Everything from hosting to the build was sponsored by Rebelution, which is why HYMC considers them a strategic partner.
What Rebelution provided is essentially the first phase of HYMC’s website launch. There will be other things to roll out in the coming months.
